This Privacy Policy explains how Bio-Forces ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit this website, book a service, purchase a product or course, create an account, or otherwise interact with us.
Bio-Forces is operated by Bio-Forces. For any privacy-related question, contact us at hello@bio-forces.com or by post at the address above.
We collect the following categories of information:
We use your information to: provide and manage the services, courses, and products you purchase; process payments and prevent fraud; communicate with you about bookings, orders, and support requests; send you service-related updates and, where you have opted in, marketing communications; improve our website and offerings; and comply with legal and accounting obligations.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (fulfilling an order, service, or course you purchased), legitimate interest (improving our services and preventing fraud), consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (accounting and tax records).
We share information only as needed to operate the business: with SureCart and its payment processors to handle checkout and payments; with shipping carriers to deliver physical products; with email and hosting service providers who support our website and communications; and where required by law, regulation, or legal process. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Session and consultation notes are retained only for as long as reasonably useful for follow-up care, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, request a portable copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@bio-forces.com.
Because we work with international service providers, your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect data transferred internationally.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including relying on SureCart and its processors' PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to hello@bio-forces.com.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bio-Forces website and your purchase of any service, course, or product offered on it. By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Bio-Forces offers radiesthesia-based diagnostic and remedial services, educational courses, and related physical and digital products. These services are offered as complementary and educational practices. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical or psychological concern.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase services, courses, or products from us. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
All payments are processed securely through SureCart and its payment partners. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location, as displayed before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including after payment, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, may not be eligible for a refund, at our discretion. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access that course's content for your own individual learning. You may not share your login, redistribute course materials, or use course content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Product descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations in handmade or naturally-sourced items should be expected. See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy for delivery and return details.
All content on this site — including text, course materials, images, and the Bio-Forces name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Bio-Forces and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's normal operation.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a service, course, or product. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results for any other person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bio-Forces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, courses, or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service, course, or product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [JURISDICTION/COURT].
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@bio-forces.com.

This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work across the different things you can purchase from Bio-Forces.
Unused, unopened physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. To start a return, contact hello@bio-forces.com with your order number. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Because digital products and course content are accessible immediately upon purchase, they are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you have not accessed a course or downloaded a digital product, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Exceptions may be made at our discretion, for example if a course is found to be significantly different from its description.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice, are non-refundable, except where exceptional circumstances apply — contact us and we will consider these on a case-by-case basis.
Email hello@bio-forces.com with your order number, the item or service in question, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
For any question about this policy, contact hello@bio-forces.com.

Domestic deliveries typically arrive within [X–X business days] of dispatch; international deliveries typically arrive within [X–X business days], depending on destination and customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships, where available for your selected shipping method.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact hello@bio-forces.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
