These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bio-Forces website and your purchase of any service, course, or product offered on it. By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Bio-Forces offers radiesthesia-based diagnostic and remedial services, educational courses, and related physical and digital products. These services are offered as complementary and educational practices. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical or psychological concern.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase services, courses, or products from us. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
All payments are processed securely through SureCart and its payment partners. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location, as displayed before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including after payment, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, may not be eligible for a refund, at our discretion. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access that course's content for your own individual learning. You may not share your login, redistribute course materials, or use course content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

All content on this site — including text, course materials, images, and the Bio-Forces name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Bio-Forces and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work across the different things you can purchase from Bio-Forces.
Unused, unopened physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. To start a return, contact hello@bio-forces.com with your order number. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Because digital products and course content are accessible immediately upon purchase, they are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you have not accessed a course or downloaded a digital product, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Exceptions may be made at our discretion, for example if a course is found to be significantly different from its description.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice, are non-refundable, except where exceptional circumstances apply — contact us and we will consider these on a case-by-case basis.

This policy covers shipping for physical products purchased from the Bio-Forces store. Services and digital products/courses are delivered electronically or in person and are not covered by this policy.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
We ship to [LIST OF COUNTRIES/REGIONS, e.g. "the EU, UK, US, and select international destinations"]. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected.
Domestic deliveries typically arrive within [X–X business days] of dispatch; international deliveries typically arrive within [X–X business days], depending on destination and customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships, where available for your selected shipping method.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact hello@bio-forces.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
